Our recommended EPC solution

EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) are required in order to sell your home.

The certificate provides 'A' to 'G' ratings for the building, with 'A' being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least, with the average up to now being 'D'. 

As part of our service we are happy to arrange for an EPC to be completed on our client's behalf. Our assessors have detailed knowledge of the local housing market and quickly undertake all work in relation to the EPC. The majority of our clients choose this route due to the time savings and financial savings that this delivers.
