Pewterspear is situated in North Cheshire about 3 miles south of Warrington Town Centre. It is uniquely placed between the M6 and M56 which bring all the major North West Towns and cities within commuting distance. The airports of Manchester and Liverpool can both be reached in about 20/30 minutes by car, London in about 2 hours by train.
Pewterspear itself is a large suburban parish with many traditional and modern houses and developments linked by green pathways.
There is scenic open country within minutes by car or foot and excellent facilities for outdoor pursuits including a major golf course close to town.
