Grappenhall is situated in North Cheshire about 2 miles south east of Warrington Town Centre. There are excellent road transport links with the M6 and M56 only about 5 minutes away by car. Two major international airports Manchester and Liverpool can be reached by car in just 20/30 minutes and London in just 2 hours by train from the nearby train station.
Grappenhall itself is a picturesque conservation village with a cobble main street and a variety of much older and Victorian houses of all types and prices which all lie in the conservation area with a selection of modern houses on the outskirts.
The village is right on the edge of some of the country’s most scenic and productive agriculture where there are good facilities for walking, cycling and riding. Other outdoor pursuits include Golf with golf courses just a short drive away in both Lymm and Appleton.
