National Association of Estate Agents
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). This association is the UK’s leading professional body for estate agency. Members practice across all aspects of property both in the UK and overseas, including residential and commercial sales and letting, property management, business transfer, auctioneering and land.
Membership of the Association is through formal qualification ensuring that NAEA member agents have the knowledge and experience to guide you through your property transaction as smoothly as possible. Operating under strict rules of conduct, members must meet certain standards relating to professional and ethical practice. Ashall Glover is proud to be members of this association.
The Property Ombudsman - sales
The Ombudsman provides fair and reasonable resolutions to disputes between members of the public and estate agents who are members of the scheme. Ashall Glover follow The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice for residential sales, which has been approved by the OFT under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
The Property Ombudsman – lettings
The Property Ombudsman can also resolve disputes referred by landlords or tenants and relating to lettings and management agents that are members of the Scheme. Ashall Glover follow the Code of Practice for Letting Agents, in common with the Code of Practice for Residential Sales.
